After-sale service

A: What compensation will you get when delay in delivery?

1. Caused by us: We will take the responsibility of the whole shipment fee.

2. Caused by shipping company: We will take the responsibility of 50% shipment fee.

 

B: What compensation will you get when damage occurred?

1. Caused by us: We will redo for you and promise 30% cost refund to you.

2. Caused by shipping company: We will try our best to contact with shipping company and ask them make the 30% compensation for you.

3. Caused on delivery: We will try our best to best to remake for you expect the terrible weather factors.


Sample Service

1. Sample specification: Normally, our sample length is 130mm-200mm.


2. Sample shipping: Normally, we will send via DHL, Fedex,UPS etc.


3. Sample customized: For aluminum sample, we will give our stock sample for you to save time, for stainless steel sample, we can customized. And if sample in stock offer, we don’t need to charge you sample fee.


4. How to get a sample?

-Step one: Product details, Tell us the sample details you need, including the size, color, surface treatment and length etc. If you have picture or sample, please send us, which can save time for us to help you.

-Step two: sample shipment.


A: If you have DHL account or shipping agent, please tell us. Then we will ship the sample via your DHL account or shipping agent, without agent sample charge.

B: If you don’t have DHL account or shipping agent, please send us small amount for the shipping costs. Then we will arrange DHL to send sample as fast as we can.

C: For customized sample. We will charge small amount, after confirm the mass production, we will return the costs in the next order.
